How long does the shipment take?

  • Once payment for your order has been received, it takes us 1 business day to process it. Therefore our dispatch times are as follows:
  • Metropolitan Region: 2 business days
  • Other Regions: 4 business days
  • Store pickup: Approximately 24 hours and you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup.

I can't enter my address, what can I do?
We suggest you enter it without a number and detail it in the additional information box. You can also try changing browsers and/or updating your computer. If the problem persists, enter the address of a Chilean Postal Branch close to your home and you can collect your order there. REMEMBER that there are sectors that Couriers do not have coverage , generally places on the outskirts of your city or commune.

First find out about the delivery times we handle and if more than the indicated time has passed, send an e-mail to logistics2@bestias.cl indicating your order number so we can escalate your case with the Courier.

How can I know if a product is in stock in stores?

  3. Swipe down and to where it says AVAILABLE STOCK The units available in each branch of the selected size will appear.

If the product I want is not available, how would I know when it is available? Follow the next steps:

  3. Press the button NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE
  4. Enter your email and make sure it is written correctly

You will receive an email when the product is restocked. Consider that If it is a product from another season, it will likely take months to be replaced ; If you have more questions about the validity and replacement of our products, write to store@bestias.cl
